ABC has announced two major renewals with “Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD” set to return for a third season and “Agent Carter” coming back for a second. Deadline is reporting that the rumoured spin-off, that was to have starred “Agents of SHIELD” Season 2 additions Adrianne Palicki’s Bobbi Morse (AKA Mockingbird) and Nick Blood’s Lance Hunter, is not moving forward.
Adrianne Palicki, who recently joined the show in the guest starring role of Bobbi Morse (better known in the comics by her Avengers name, Mockingbird), has been upped to a series regular on “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” which has today revealed details of its midseason return. Look for an all new episode, titled “Epidemic,” to air Tuesday, March 3 at 9:00pm ET/PT on ABC!
The first teaser trailer for next summer’s Joss Whedon-helmed Avengers: Age of Ultron is coming one week from today! Featuring Patton Oswalt in character as Agent Koenig, the video introduces a new member for the team in the second season: Barbara Morse aka Mockingbird!
