A Serious Man is coming to Fargo! It was announced today that Michael Stuhlbarg will return to the world of the Coen Brothers in 2017, joining the cast of the FX show’s third season.
Mary Elizabeth Winstead has joined the cast of the third installment of FX‘s Fargo, the limited series from creator Noah Hawley. Winstead (10 Cloverfield Lane, BrainDead) will star alongside the other previously-announced Fargo cast members, Ewan McGregor and Carrie Coon.

FX has announced today that Dan Stevens (The Guest), Aubrey Plaza (“Parks and Rec”) and Jean Smart (“Fargo”) have joined the cast of their new pilot, a spin-off of the popular X-Men franchise.
The second season of “Fargo” will feature, in leading roles, Patrick Wilson, Ted Danson, Jean Smart, Kirsten Dunst, and Jesse Plemons, along with recurring roles for Nick Offerman, Brad Garrett, Kieran Culkin, Bokeem Woodbine, Cristin Milioti and Jeffrey Donovan. Bruce Campbell is also slated to appear in one episode, playing Ronald Reagan.
The all new “true crime” case of Fargo’s new chapter travels back to 1979 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Luverne, Minnesota, where a young State Police Officer “Lou Solverson” (Wilson), recently back from Vietnam, investigates a case involving a local crime gang and a major Mob syndicate.
