Pixar will have a major presence at this weekend’s D23 Expo in California, with John Lasseseter hosting a big animation presentation at 3pm PST today (Friday), but we’ve gotten our first piece of juice from the convention: the sighting of a teaser poster for The Incredibles 2.
In case you weren’t aware, Brad Bird’s The Incredibles is one of my all-time 3 favourite films, and though I fear the sequel- rumoured for some time- won’t live up to the 2004 masterpiece, I cannot stress enough how happy I was to see the below photo. I honestly cried for a few moments.
Could Bird himself appear at today’s panel to announce a release date for the film? It seems quite likely now!
Also spotted were posters for Toy Story 3, Finding Dory and Cars 3.
