Robin Wright, Danny Huston join DC’s Wonder Woman

Principal photography is underway on Warner Bros. Pictures’ Wonder Woman feature film, the highly anticipated action adventure from director Patty Jenkins (“Monster,” AMC’s “The Killing”), starring Gal Gadot (the “Fast & Furious” movies) in the role of Diana Prince/Wonder Woman. The character will make her big screen debut this spring in “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,” but the new film will mark her first time headlining a feature.

Kathy Bates joins BAD SANTA 2

Miramax and Broad Green Pictures announced today that Oscar, Golden Globe and Emmy winner Kathy Bates (Misery, Titanic, Dolores Claiborne) will join the Bad Santa 2 cast as as Sunny Soke, the foulmouthed, tough-as-nails mom to Billy Bob Thornton’s mall-Santa scoundrel, Willie Soke.

NOW YOU SEE ME: THE SECOND ACT teaser trailer revealed

With a screenplay by Ed Solomon and Pete Chiarelli, Now You See Me 2 stars Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Dave Franco, Mark Ruffalo, Michael Caine, and Morgan Freeman all return for the sequel, which sees Lizzy Caplan stepping in for Isla Fisher along with Jay Chou and Daniel Radcliffe also starring. The Jon M. Chu-directed film is scheduled to hit theaters on June 10, 2016.

THE HUNTSMAN: WINTER’S WAR reveals four character posters

Universal Pictures has released a 15-second trailer tease and four character posters for The Huntsman Winter’s War, featuring the returning Charlize Theron and Chris Hemsworth (as the Evil Queen Ravenna and The Huntsman Eric, respectively), as well as introductory looks at both Jessica Chastain’s Warrior Sara and Emily Blunt’s Ice Queen Freya.
