With just one year to go before the release of the film, Warner Bros. Pictures (via EW) has released our first look at Jesse Eisenberg as the villain Lex Luthor from the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
“He’s not any of the Lexes that you’ve seen, that’s for sure,” director Zack Snyder tells the magazine. “Other than him being a captain of industry and one person to the world and another person to himself. And bald, of course….Our Lex is disarming and he’s not fake. He says what he believes and he says what’s on his mind. If you can unravel the string and decipher what he means, it’s all there.”
Eisenberg is part of a cast that includes Ben Affleck as the Dark Knight with Henry Cavill as the Man of Steel. Amy Adams, Gal Gadot (as Wonder Woman), Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane, Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons, Jena Malone, Holly Hunter and Scoot McNairy also star in the Zack Snyder-directed Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, hitting theaters on March 25, 2016.
