Mike Judge, the acclaimed creator behind “Beavis and Butthead,” “King of the Hill” and Office Space, made a triumphant return to the small screen last year with the first season of the hit HBO comedy “Silicon Valley,” starring Thomas Middleditch (The Campaign, The Wolf of Wall Street), T.J. Miller (Cloverfield, How to Train Your Dragon), Zach Woods (In the Loop, The Other Guys), Kumail Nanjiani (Life As We Know It, Sex Tape), Martin Starr (“Party Down,” “Freaks and Geeks”), Josh Brener (The Internship, “Glory Daze”), Amanda Crew (Sex Drive, Charlie St. Cloud), Matt Ross (“Magic City,” “American Horror Story”) and relative newcomer Jimmy O. Yang.
Returning for a ten-episode second season beginning Sunday, April 12 at 10pm ET/PT (following the season premiere of “Game of Thrones” and followed by the season premiere of “Veep”), the Emmy and Golden Globe-nominated “Silicon Valley” looks at the modern-day epicenter of the high-tech gold rush, where the people most qualified to succeed are the least capable of handling success.
“Silicon Valley” is executive produced by Judge alongside Alec Berg, John Altschuler, Dave Krinsky, Michael Rotenberg and Tom Lassally. The series was created by Judge, Altschuler and Krinsky.
